Snowcrest Jack Russell Terriers, is located in the mountains of Arizona. Our home (at almost 8000 elevation) sits peacefully at the bottom of the San Francisco Peaks in the town of Flagstaff. We are surrounded by Coconino National Forest, giving us a breath taking view all year round.
Growing up with Fox Terriers and Whippets, it just seemed to be a perfect match when I was introduced to my first Jack Russell Terrier in 1985. They have been a huge part of my life ever since.
In 1991 I met my husband, a custom gun manufacture and avid handgun hunter. After an introduction to terriers, it didn't take long for Gary to fall in love with this big dog, wrapped tightly in a small package.
Gary gave me a love for guns and hunting......I gave him a love for terriers......a perfect match.
We put a great deal of thought into each litter, our goal being to produce the best puppies that we can, knowing that many of them will be cherished members of a family.We strive for excellence in all disciplines, with a focus on temperament, structure and working ability. Snowcrest terriers are registered with the Jack Russell Terrier Club of America(JRTCA). JRTCA is the largest registry of Jack Russell Terriers in the world. With a focus of preserving the working integrity of the Jack Russell as a breed. We support that idea and do our best to uphold their standards.
All dogs are BAER , CERF, PLL, SCA, and DM tested. Tests results are recorded and listed with Jack Russell Health Registry.
